Online & Phone Ordering
Our shopping cart is meant to be as simple and easy to use as possible. When you see a book you wish to purchase, or consider purchasing, simply add it to your cart. We provide simple instructions as your navigate our site to remove, modify or add additional books before you proceed to our secure ordering form.

If you encounter problems with our secure order form, don't despair! Call (302) 998-2886, Saturday - Sunday, 11am - 8pm, EST. We are happy to help you with any problems you might be experiencing, provide additional information about one of our books, or help you in your selection.

We are always interested in making our online ordering better for our customers and we appreciate and value your feedback.

  Payment Options
  We accept VISA & Master Card, check, money orders. We do not accept American Express, Discover, Paypal or COD.

Overseas customers who wish to pay by check or money order, must pay on a USA or Canadian bank payable in US Funds only. We do not suggest sending cash in the mail and can not be responsible for payment sent to us as such. We will invoice public institutions upon request.

Mailing Payment for Check or Money Order
If you have reserved a book by email or phone and want to send a check or money order please use our post office address only:

Shipping
Books ship within 24 hours via the United States Post Office. All books are wrapped with care, well-padded, and shipped boxed.

Within the USA, shipping is $4 for the first book, $1 for each additional book. Domestic orders include free delivery confirmation and standard shipping is between 3-12 days. Priority mail is an option (rates have risen dramatically) as is Federal Express. Let us know your needs and we can accommodate.

International Orders
Books ship by air or surface mail. A book can be sent by Global Priority Air Mail (4-8 days) for $10 for the first book to many destinations. However, oversized or heavy books may not be able to ship this method. If this is the case, we will quote other forms of air mail delivery. Surface (2-6 weeks) can range from $6-8 for one book.

Our goal for all overseas orders is to charge to as close to actual cost as possible. This means if the post office quotes us $14.50 to mail your books, we will charge you that amount.

Security 
Our shopping cart system utilizes SSL (Secure Socket Layer) Encryption. This is the safest encryption technology available to keep your information confidential and private when you use our secure order form.

When you enter our security zone you will see the change from http:// to https:// in the URL location bar at the top of your browser. Also, in Netscape you will see a closed lock in the bottom left of your screen. In Internet Explorer you will see this lock symbol or a key.

Once your data it is transmitted it is then permanently deleted from our secure server.

We guarantee that each transaction you make at Ian Brabner, Bookseller via www.bookgarden.com will be 100% safe. If there is a charge on your account that is unauthorized, you will pay nothing.

If you discover an unauthorized charge on your account, you must first notify your credit card issuer in accordance with their reporting procedures and rules. Your bank can not hold you liable for more than $50 of fraudulent charges under United States Federal Law. If your bank holds you liable for any or all of the maximum $50 amount, Ian Brabner, Bookseller will reimburse you for this charge. We guarantee this reimbursement provided that the unauthorized and fraudulent use of your credit card resulted from purchases at bookgarden.com while using our secure server and resulted through no fault of your own.

Privacy
We value our customer's privacy and respect their wishes in this regard. Never, at any time, will your information be either sold or shared to third parties for any reason or in any form. We do not share your purchase history. We do not sell phone numbers, email addresses or street addresses. Ever.
