Coral Gables Bulletin.

[142167] (FLORIDA - MIAMI - REAL ESTATE PROMOTION) [Coral Gables Corporation?].
[Coral Gables, Miami, Florida]: [s.n.], August, 1925. Folio, [4] pages. Vol III, Number 3. Newspaper format, illus. with line drawings of transit map and architecture renderings, and half tones from photographs. Former fold lines, as issued, fine conditon. [Not on OCLC. See OCLC 25344654; 1873349; 3309082 for similar.] A promotional real estate item from the Coral Gables Corporation marketed in the form of a local newspaper, whose actual existence appears to have been fictitious. The headline screams of a proposed rapid transit line for Coral Gables and of an intended erections of a huge hospital. Other signs of building activity include plans for a new theatre and a local high school. All of the “articles” within (such as they are) are essentially land and property self-promotions. Percy Morningstar, Plaza Segovia, the Dunlap Apartments, Cocoplum Beach, Martin Hauri, architect, etc., are but a few of the many individuals and places mentioned. $75
